The Rusk Alliance is a group of people in VRChat who share a common mindset. It cannot be put in words, but you are free to join a rusk alliance instance anytime if you see one.
First of all: Everyone is allowed to join, as long as you share the common mindset. You do not need to own, wear or otherwise have a rusk avatar. And it is super easy! Just join the VRChat group here or search for the following tag: RUSK.2359
As soon as you request to join, a Rusk representative should get in touch with you shortly to welcome you aboard. And if you want to become a verified rusk, you can apply directly for that!
